Welcome to PRAVYA SPICES, a small homemade spice brand from Mannar, Alappuzha, Kerala, created with love, passion and a big dream. Starting PRAVYA SPICES has always been my big dream. What began as a simple dream is now becoming a small business built with dedication, hope and lots of hard work. ❤️ At PRAVYA SPICES, we carefully select quality spices, clean and dry them with care, and grind them in small batches to preserve their natural aroma, colour and authentic flavour. Our aim is simple — to bring fresh, flavourful and quality spices to your kitchen while keeping the traditional taste we love. At PRAVYA SPICES, all orders are shipped exclusively through India Post. We carefully pack every order to ensure that our products reach you safely.
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next working day. Once your order is dispatched, the India Post tracking details will be shared with you.
We ship our products across India through India Post. Delivery time may vary depending on the destination and India Post service. Delivery may take approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch, subject to the postal service and destination.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the package and delivery location. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and applicable charges will be shown before order confirmation.
Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address and active mobile number. PRAVYA SPICES will not be responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photographs/videos of the package and product. Please refer to our Refund & Replacement Policy for replacement eligibility.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, holidays, postal service issues, strikes, natural events or other circumstances beyond our control.
At PRAVYA SPICES, we take great care in preparing, packing, and delivering our homemade spice products. Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, we offer a replacement in the following situations:
Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement for the same product.
